Banana Blueberry Rolled Oat Bars
½ Cup Blueberries
½ Cup crushed Walnuts
½ Cup Shredded Coconut
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Cups Rolled Oats
½ Cup Shredded Apple
1/3 Cup Sunflower Seeds or Raisins
Crush the Bananas, mix with all ingredients place on a coconut oiled tray. Flattened into a ¾ inch pie. Cook at 350 for 15 minutes.
Cool the cut into bars. Save in fridge overnight and warm at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Delicious!
