Overnight Oatmeal
Ingredients:
¼ Cup of old fashioned rolled oats
2 Tbsp of ground Flaxseed
¼ Teaspoon of cinnamon
1 Apple shredded or cut up in chunks
½ Cup of almond milk

Add all ingredients in a bowl and in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning warm it up on stove top or take it to go and enjoy.
This serves 1 person. Double or multiply the recipe for 2 people or more
