Grilled Chicken Summer Wrap



4 Ounces of chicken

½ Onion

½ Romaine

½ Tomato

1 Celery Stalk

3 Organic Fajita Wrap

3 Garlic Cloves

½ Teaspoon of Tumeric

3 Tablespoons of Water

1 teaspoon Oregano

1 Teaspoon Sesame Seed Oil

2 Lime Juice

  1. Peel Garlic, mix with Oregano and salt in mortar and crush.  Ad the oil and lime juice.  Set aside

  2. Mix the rest of the greens.

  3. Chop the chicken in small thin strips add I teaspoon lime juice and bake for 15 minutes at 500

  4. Warm up the fajitas for 30 seconds on each side.

TO SERVE: Place 5/6 chicken strips on the fajita cover with the veggies, then the fresh Chipotle dressing.Enjoy!
